Michael has been a sailor since his early teens, and has also developed a strong passion for photography.
With an excellent eye for detail, and superb angles, his photographs are amongst the most beautiful we have yet to come across.

Grantly first studied visual communications at Portsmouth College of Art, then photography at the Royal College of Art in London. He was awarded a Royal Society of Arts award for design in photography.

Lifestyle Estates has begun to support the Conservatoire du Littoral, a non-profit organisation which aims to protect fragile or threatened maritime coasts in France and the French West Indies.
Founded in 1975, the Conservatoire du Littoral is a member of the World Nature Organisation and is so far in charge of approximately 10% of the french coast lines. It protects them from further construction, and prevents the extinction of the wildlife which inhabits the dunes.
